Unluckily, the chat feature is new feature so may be it cause some logic issue. All your feedback will help use improve it better.

With partner info, there is a option to hide it in Traveler settings > Partner Options > Show email contact info.

You are as admin can control email template in TRaveler Settings > Email Template section.
