1. Sorry for missed your question.

I have changed it for you in category page.

2. The full image size layout when you view it is automatic created by JS file to fill out your screen so i can help you change it by normal css code or change php file.

3. Each box need 2 images to switch so in order to display all your selected image, please leave IMAGE NOT IN empty and select 48 images for header then check again.
