1. I have removed the flight tab and change color for search from for you by this css code:

#flightsearch .search-tabs-bg>.tabbable>.nav-tabs {display:none;}
#flightsearch .search.main-search .form-group {
    color: #565656;
}

2. The problem is your menu is too many items so there is no place to reduce the width on Ipad.

i have changed to font size and padding for your menu on ipad pro. Please check again.
