Hello

1. When you create rental, please edit the Real Address field. It can not split the city and remove the remain part.

2. You can find some word in Traveler Settings > Search Options or Rental Options or in in Page edit.

With some special words, you must use poedit to edit it.

3. That is wordpress default function. We can not remove it.

We will check and try to deny it automatic sending email in next theme feature.
