Hello

If you change activity to restaurant, you need change some words to Restaurant in Activity layout, activity page.

With some special word, you can use Poedit to change it:

Manual Translation

With Activity word in url, you can change it in Settings > Permalinks > Traveler Custom Base.

Also if you want to create new feature, you need custom alot of code.
