    check attachment, you can understand my issue.
    when open this link : http://sbispat.com/ in desktop view,
    menus look like attachment 1-1 image.
    When page scroll and user scroll page again down to up then menus look like attachment 2-1 image.

    In my check, after i scroll down company page like your image, it display well with sticky menu.

    Please clear all your cache then check again.

    When page scroll down to up then menus are moving to out of grid.
    this is my issue.

    no actually my issue is :

    When scroll page up to down all menus and search icon is not moving.
    but when scroll page down to up then menus are move (shift) out of column.

    Check attachments for understanding
    Check image with red box.

    There is only option for sticky menu that display the menu in both way of scroll mouse.
