    Hello Shine,

    After installing the demo theme, nothing is coming, only the clock and a blank 1400×840 screen, I tried to remove this background but it didn’t work, I tried to put another demo theme but it didn’t help, I tried to look in tutorials and FAQ but I couldn’t found any solution, can you please support me on what should I do?

    Before install theme and import demo data, please be sure your server meet our requirements for traveler theme here:

    Requirements For Traveler

    Also you can refer our document to create header layout and build theme.

    Hi,
    It’s working, just now I login into the site, please try again with internet explorer, it’s a bit slow I don’t know why, can you please check why it’s slow as well??

    Please let me know what you have done to solve this issue and make it faster, so I won’t disturb you again.

    Me too I don’t why it happens like this sometimes, please try again several times, just now I login.

    What would you recommend the best hosting site to be used with your themes? I don’t want this to happens while on live.

    The problem is still remain. Please contact your hosting provider (Godaddy) to help you check this issue.

    Almost our customers has also use this hosting and Blue host too.

    Hello

    I have checked and see you are using so many plugins. Some of that plugin caused the problem.

    Please deactivate all of it but keep our requirement plugins for theme then check again.
