    Hi there,

    We are facing the following issue. When we try to edit or create a new activity, we get the following error in an alert popup: “Can not get the availability slot. Lost connect with your sever” (See attachment)

    Also the locations we created are not visible to check from. (See attachment)

    Please tell me what to do..

    Please contact your hosting provider to help you check it,

    Also you should go to Traveler Settings > Sync Availability and Upgrade Data to update database structure to make the location work well.
