I created a user and registered as a “Partner” with the Admin restriction approve.
Admin receives new Partner email and enters the WP -> user control panel and changes the user’s role from “Customer” to “Patner”, but the user does not receive any approval emails.
How should I proceed? Where did I go wrong?

Theme only supported 3 types of user role: Subscriber, Administrator and Partner.
Please set default user to Subscriber then check again.

Is this setting in the WP configuration?

I put “subscriber” as default in WP.
When the “subscriber” is designated as “customer“?
As soon as the user registers, this user is a “subscriber“. When will he be “customer“?

How do I get the “Partner” to receive approved emails?March 6, 2018 at 8:14 am #143600
You have to set up default user role to Subscriber then when partner approved, theme will check the current status and update role then send email.

1 – Subscriber configured by default. OK.
When the regular user signs up for the site he remains a “subscriber”. You do not receive e-mail from the theme, you only receive e-mail from SMTP. How does this user become “customer”?
2 – When user registers in the site as “Partner”, the WP system shows as user “subscriber”.
a) How do I approve his registration as a “Partner”?
b) when this user happens to be “Partner”?
c) When the “Partner” receives the email of approved registration?

1. Theme only support 3 types of user role: Subscriber, Partner, Admin.
It does not use Customer type.
2. You can see the notification of partner register from dashboard.
After admin approved the account, partner can buy membership package to use theme function.
