    Hi there, im trying to create the landing page for my Blogs, but when i edit, i can seem to change the layout or look, im currently using the new theme, but the blogs are stuck on the old theme, even though i have set it to Modern in the settings.

    please advise

    You should not set the page as blog page in reading section.
    Just load the page normal:
