Hi, when clicking the “download invoice” button on the booking success page we are sent to a new page where an error is shown.

Hi Bryan, I guess that’s normal, I mean, the token the app generates should expire at some point and that’s why you are not being able to access the page/link or something .
I’m attaching a screenshot of the button I’m referring to on the booking success page and also the error page, the links are also here but it is very possible that you won’t be able to access them.

Hi guys, I stopped following up on this since i was swamped with work getting ready a lot of aspects on the hotel but I need this to get done, please tell me how to fix this, the error persists until this day.
… and in regards to your last reply, it is possible you won’t be able to access the URL since those I assume are generated with a random token code, so what I’m trying to say is that you can make a reservation pay with stripe (it’s in sandbox mode) and then on the booking success page, you’ll find the Download Invoice button at the bottom, once you click on it, it will open a new tab and attempt to generate the invoice and you’ll get the error:

By the way, I already changed the image for a new one, I tried using a PNG or JPG images and yet I get the same error.

We had checked and can see it is bug of our theme.
We will be quickly fixed for you. And update that in the next version (v2.7.8).
Because we had release version 2.7.7.
We recommend you update version newest. (v2.7.7).
After that, we will quickly fix it for you.
And make sure you do not change any code in our theme.
Because when update version then any code customs will not be saved.
