When a booking is cancelled by the customer, i’m not getting any email.

I do not sure which thing caused that issue. It seem that email has been denied to send or server filter blocked it. I checked on our server and see it still working well.
I will continue to check and response you soon right after i find it.

It is strange. I can not find anything wrong in the code or settings.
Please try to install theme in other hosting to check it. I think the problem come from your server settings that i can not find.

If was the server settings all the other email doesnt work also….is only this one doenst work.
There is some code on all email cancel booking template out of the table (see image attached), can be that? Where i put that code!?!? In all other email templates the code are on the table…March 23, 2018 at 10:54 am #157880
You can test the email template by set email content by default content like: aaaaaa
