    In the bookingmail send to the costumer at the bottom stands the cancellation policy. However Each hotel has it’s own policy.

    I can add a hotel policy on a hotel page.
    How do I get this policy in the booking mail.

    You can config email content in Traveler Settings > Email Template.




    I don’t see a code in the email template to get the hotel policy in the mail.

    Maybe my question is more clear now.

    You must be logged in to view attached files.


    Theme only provide the email shortcode that related to the order details as Price, check in, check out…

    The hotel policy will display in Single Hotel page for customer can see. It does not have shortcode to attach to email.
