    Dear Shine team,
    the connection lost issue is a very frustrating process which takes much time to complete a simple edit of pages and posts.
    I have read a document regarding this on your web but to be honest I didn’t get what I can solve this issue.

    the attachments you can see the cpanel alert (when I took it that none of the edit pages was on the process after getting the connection lost alert I closed them)
    Would you please guide us how we can fix it ?

    This is related to server ability so you should contact hosting provider to help you check it.
