    Hi there,

    1) Transfer was properly created (Cars > Add new, Car Type > “Car Transfer”, etc).
    2) Traveler Settings > Transfer Options configured OK (Transfer Search Result Page and other fields).
    3) Transfer Search Result Page created according to your documentation and video.

    However, the newly created transfer doesn’t appear in the search results.

    4) The list of “Transfer from” and “Transfer to” is only of hotels.
    How can I add Airports, Ports, Cities or any location?

    Please help. Thanks.

    I checked your car transfer, for example this car:

    there are have some problem:

    – Car location: you did not select location for your car.

    – Car Journey: there are no destination of journey so theme can not find the rout on the map to allow booking.

    Please check again.

    Hi Bryan,

    My “TRANSFER TEST” appears in the search results now. But there is a problem there.

    1) By clicking “Book Now” in the search result list, we get an error message: “Start or End Date is invalid” (see image-1).

    2) My “TRANSFER TEST” also appears OK when I click “Try your search again” and select To/From places. But I get an error message by clicking “Book Now” in the result page: “Can not book this transfer” (see image-2).

    3) The list of “Transfer from” and “Transfer to” is only of hotels.
    How can I add Airports, Ports, Cities or any location?

    Hi Bryan,

    I was using those hotel demo pages, and for some reason, they didn’t give me the expected result. I won’t need to put any hotels there unless it becomes necessary for transfers.

    See the Search Result list in the attached image. The list displays all available transfers. When you click the “Book Now” button there, you get an error.

    The only way transfers work is by clicking in “Change Search” and entering the From/To points there. Then you get a map overview, and you can book it.

    I don’t know if this is the “normal” behavior. Just let me know, please.

    Hello

    It just display the list of available car. Look in your image, there is no option about location, date and time.

    You need click on Change Search button to search available then check again. If your transfer meet the search condition, it will display the rout on the map and allow you to book.

    OK, now I understand that the Transfer Search Result list is unuseful.

    No problem, I’ll try to help users by giving some tips on how to proceed when they land on the Transfers’ List.

    Hello

    The list of “Transfer from” and “Transfer to” is only support Hotel and Airport.

    You can create new ariport and config the airport location at Flight > Airport.
