    For some reason, the theme is not sending email to admin could you please advice what should I do?

    For example; when a partner create a new tour, an email auto send to an admin to check. This case it doesn’t do that.

    Please help.


    When approved by an admin, the email delivered as it should be. There is no problem there. Just when a tour created by a partner it doesn’t notify admin.

    You can check the email and the setting in TRaveler Settings > Email Options.

    ALso we recommend using SMTP system to send email.

    I received this error after installed plugin and follow the video

    “Some errors occurred!”



    You can try other plugin supported smtp method or contact your hosting provider to enable smtp in your system.
