    Hi,

    I noticed that once order is approved, seller can send an email through email notification.

    But that email is not customizable by the partner.

    Can yout tell me what’s inside and what is this feature for ?

    You can check email option in Traveler Settings > Email Options about email send out.

    Also we are recommend using SMTP system to send email.

    How to get information accurately Gmail’s SMTP

    Please check again.

    I tested i but I did not receive the email.

    I sent you a document above to set up smtp system. Normally, theme still send email but it not stability.

    SMTP system will help your site working properly with sending email.

    Hello

    Theme display the service that have 5 days left before start as default. If you do not have any service like that, you can click ALL to view all service then tick on service you want to send email notification.
