    Hello

    If customer make the payment via Submit form and you have taken the money (you changed booking status to Complete mean you have taken money). When customer request cancellation, if you agree to refund, you can not give the money direct to customer so theme will load the online payment gateway to do it.

    And of course, if the booking status still in Pending or Incomplete, just leave the refund request because you did not have money.

    You can select google font you want. Each people have separate idea so i can not suggestion any font to look attractive.

    Also you can easy change page title size, color…with custom css. Just provide the example link so i will help you do it.

    1. You can add this code to Traveler Settings > Styling Options > Custom Css to set page title have same size:

    .page-title {
        font-size: 65px !important;
    color: #0090ff;
    }

    2. and this code to reduce the height of header section:

    .header-top {
        padding: 5px 0 !important;
    }

    You can set up menu color, font size…in TRaveler Settings > Styling Options > Menu tab.

    1. Admin does not have cancellation fee when customer cancel the order. Admin can only take the money by commission of membership package.

    2. The review is addition option for customer. They can leave a review or not. It is not required option so theme does not have provide function for notify customer leave a review.

    1. That is just the warning icon of theme. It like you set !important, theme will warning the code will apply other code. Don’t worry about the warning.

    2. The code is still work well. Please clear cache then check again.

    If you set the height too small, there is no enough place to display the menu and logo or other text.

    In new theme version, if you use your website url for some of email template link, you should not use full url because theme will automatic reduce url.

    Please use globaltripinfo.co/contact-us/ instead of https://globaltripinfo.co/contact-us/
