    Good afternoon.
    I have a problem with the reservations.
    When the client makes a reservation the system does not notify to the administrator and the partner.
    Just appears by woocommers. Does not appear by e mail or in the dashboard.
    Do you have any idea which is the problem?

    Hello.
    About the smtp, I did it and its the same.
    The register e mail arrives ok. Also the e mail to approved the partner hotel.
    The problem is with the reservation e mail. And with the dashboard… because dont appear whats the partner sells.
    I attached photos that shows the dashboard in zero. But in hotels appears every thing.

    The problem is you did not set exchange rate for currency. You should set 1 to 1 if they are the same one.

    I checked and see you are using Woocommerce for booking method.

    The email template only support customer and Administrator. It does not send email for partner.

    Please check and try to switch modal booking to test.

    Hello. Without the woocomers the partner’s emails works.
    But I need the woocomers, because the payment method (mercado pago) works with the woocomers.
    There is any way that the partner s email works with the woocomers running.
