    Dear Sir

    Once a customer book one activity in our website, he will receive an email and its necessary for customer to confirm the email. how should we prevent confirmation from customer. because sometimes our customer forget to check their email and confirm their request.

    And one more thing once customer book an activity, partner and administrator should receive email, but currently only admin receive 2 emails (for admin and partner) and partner will not receive any email. we need to let our partner to receive the request from customers and follow up the further action

    Please advice how to solve the issue

    Hello

    If your customer does not check the email, you are as admin should call them via Phone number that they provide in Booking checkout form about the confirm email.

    You can check email for partner when customer booking his service in Traveler Settings > Email Options.
