    I do not get the reservation cancellation emails,I never got them to come to me

    Since July 26, I’ve been trying to get resolved

    Hello masilusiones,

    I have checked on our demo site. It works!
    You can recheck with my steps below:
    1. Cancellation email only is sent when booking status is completed.
    2. Setup admin’s email in Theme Options -> Email Options -> Input administrator email
    3. Recheck your mail server. Maybe is has spam email filter, you can install ‘Easy WP SMTP’ plugin to use Gmail SMTP. All of emails will be sent to your inbox.
    If it is still not working, i will check for you.

    I have checked your issue.
    The cancellation email is working fine on your site.
    When user request a cancellation, an email will be sent to administrator. You can see my attachment.
    I think that maybe your mail server has a delay, you can wait a moment. the email can show in inbox or spam box.

    Hello,
    When use already booked a service and it is available for cancellation, in ‘history booking’ menu on partner menu will display a cancellation button (my attachment below).
    After user cancelled the booking, the cancellation email will be sent to admin.

    I think maybe I misunderstood your problem.
    What is your issue with email cancellations or another emails?
    Please take screenshots about (option, template, ..).
    I know you are very worried, but please calm down and work with me to solve this problem.

    No llegan los emails de cancelación.
