It seem you have changed the square because when i check it, your menu display well.

No i mean, when 1st time or refresh page of this site, then original blue theme color is display and then our brown color is displayed and all over site is reload.
plz suggest.

That problem come from wordpress version 4.8.1. You can use this css code to fix it.

.mce-container.mce-panel.mce-floatpanel.mce-popover.mce-bottom.mce-start{z-index:9999999!important;}

You can use this css code to change the color of that out line:

I start my website and set the front page to We are comming soon, wen i select static page to home page , but they still start with We are comming soon page,
