    Can you please help?
    why Inbox in not working on Rentals.

    Rental page.

    I can not access your admin panel to check the setting.

    Please go to Traveler Settings > Partner Options > Inbox Options tab > enable Allow request inbox option then check again.

    Also please note: if you logged in as administrator, you can not see inbox chat. Just view rental as nomarl user.
