    When a partner create a Tour, the administrator doesn’t receive a notification email to validate that tour.

    I’ve configured emails in the back office but it’s still don’t work.

    Can you help me please.

    I’ve configured the SMTP gmails, because we receive emails when new user or partner register.
    But why we don’t have emails when a partner create an tour for approval?



    You can see the notification for approve partner post when access the admin dashboard:





    I Know I can see notification for approve partner when access the admin dashboard, I’m not talking about that.

    I’m talking about tour creation. When a partner create a new tour, why the admin don’t receive the email notification for tour approval, and once the tour is approve why the partner don’t receive a notification email.




    Theme does not supported the function to send notification email when partner create new service. You can check all the email feature in Traveler Settings > Email Options section.
