Main menu not displaying slider issues

Dear,
I have purchased your theme recently while I assumed I will get ready theme as a child theme. I just need to update contents.
but since i got your theme I am not able to move ahead, the reason is installed theme require lots of setting which can’t do because I am not professional.

# main slider i have no idea how to do event i gone through your video and documents. I am failed. therefore kindly install slider for me.
# No images there, and I don’t have images. kindly make my site as stunning looks in your showcase.

The problem is your site using new php version 7 so the menu has not imported to display.

The best choose for traveler is use php v5.6.

Also to config menu, you can go to Appearance > Menus then select the menu you want to display.

Please check your site again after i changed some background and add Home menu for you.

Dear Please guide me on these issues.

1- I added 12 destinations in (Top Destinations), how can I change the priority in top destinations? I mean can I select destinations to display in the top destination?

2- “Feature location” disappear, how can I display?

3- Travelpayout complete settings for API, what is the difference between API or white label? I already put marker from travel payout.
4- Last but not least, how about slider? i asked you.

1. Top destination: It use ST List of Location element to display location on front page.

Normally, theme will automatic find the location meet the setting that you set up for element but if you want to display the location you want, you can add location id to List IDs in Location field.

2. I do not 100% clear this point. please description more details so i can help you better.

3. Our document will show you more details of white lable.

Dear Brayan,

You are replying me all messages after 24 hours and without solving the issues.
It’s all waste of time.
The instructions you have sent for travel payout is exactly I did already but still, the problem exists.

The slider picture you have sent I couldn’t do it.
the home page looks ugly and unprofessional.
I urge you to apply professional slider which gives a professional look.
otherwise, if you don’t want to support that I have to remove your theme and refund me my money.
it’s now more than 1 week and you are wasting your time and my time.
don’t send me settings, but fix my issues from your end.

I simply asked you to fix the issue for travel payout because I did exact same setting on your video. but the travel payout problem still exists.
As customer services or support, this is the worst part to say ” I can’t help” then what are you doing here? This is your responsibility to address my each problem if you can not then you must refund it.
