    Hi there, I have the following issues:
    – the page “…/register-user/” is not showing – visitor is directed to the first page (only registration from topbar link is possible)
    – after registration, admin receives the information about new user, that is “waiting for confirmation”… where to “confirm the status”? In user settings there is no such option
    – like said, the admin gets the information, new user doe not receive any information per email — where to setup this?
    – even if partner selects to register as “Partner”, he is shown in users_list as “subscriber”… –> if admin changes this for “partner”, the newly registered partner does not receive any confirmation per email

    What is the system here…?

    1. The problem is you have enabled Show popup when register so you can not access normal register page. You can turn it off then check again.

    2. If customer register normal user (not the Partner type), they no need to wait aprroved from you.

    What about “password reset” page? I cannot find it – therefore cannot set it in the styling options…




    We use reset password template like wordpress template. You can create new page and select Reset Password at Template section then you need config it in Traveler Settings > Styling Options.
