    Some partners have been complaining, they have entered tours, but they are still missing in the database
    – if we look at the “partner list” – there we can see, the partner has completed membership, in Service column we can see “Tour:1”, but the customer is still complaining he cannot find his tour
    – after he gave us his login credentials, we logged in, but also could not find his tour…
    – the user is: “cmore”, but we can see also with several other partners pretty much the same situation (not with all, but many)
    – all tours are confirmed/approved by us

    Please check where is the problem here…



    That partner does not have any data of tour. You can refer cmore page here:


    You can login as that partner and create some new tour then check again. Maybe someone has been deleted his tours.

    and what is the reason, that in list partner shows “tour:1”?

    You must be logged in to view attached files.


    It might have some mistake of display. It count the number of post from author to display but without update new data from database if some post has deleted.

    We will check it again.

    Temporacy, you can try to check by using that partner account and create new post.
