    Hi Team,

    Admin email id is not receiving any emails when any user registers (user or partner) we have set an approvals from admin to activate the user so admin should receive emails when any new user registers. We tried to implement SMTP as suggested by Shine time in earlier support tool but it did not work too.

    I have checked your website. I try to change admin email by another email and I still receive email when have new user register.

    Please check your spam email. I think you can see it.

    I have checked your issue again. I have tried on changing email account and smtp configure. It have worked fine.
