    You would need a password field at the time of the user registration and do not send a link by mail.

    There are too many emails received by the client, you have to simplify the reservation as much as possible

    When user register account, of course register page have password field.

    You image show the check out page. In next theme version, you can build check out page you want by select custom field to add to check out page.
