paypal payment confirmation failure

I received many orders on my website but no one can be charged via PayPal, I configure my API info properly on traveler theme.

I created a new vehicle for test the payments. https://motorcyclerentalmexico.com/rental/test-moto/

I book as a customer, then I tried to pay the reservation with friends PayPal account, I followed all the steps properly… after click on “pay” button, traveler theme sends me to the pre-configured “page confirmation booking” like the booking was processed, there is nothing unusual about this… and I’ve been redirected to the following URL

Check-in

I don’t receive any message or Paypal confirmation, only my “page confirmation booking” and Paypal token info about the transaction.

as an admin, on cars booking page, I can see incompleted transactions, Paypal was not charging to the customer account even on clicking on pay button… I don’t know what happens… traveler theme was not sending charge instructions properly?

I had already contacted to PayPal support at the same time of this Shine Topic…

Hello

Our theme only require that information of paypal to make it work. There is no DoExpressCheckoutPayment or any code you need to change.

Please deactivate all 3rd plugins then check again.

??? i just deactivated all 3rd plugins. the same problem…

please check this problem, the purpose of the site is not viable with this situation :S

When i check your site right now and try to book some car, it link to Paypal site to make the payment well.

dont tell me is a paypal problem because i´ve already contacted them and they say me what i say it here in previous answers!!

can you to answer well?? it is not possible to have 2 text-lines answers from your support… i trie to explain the problem well, have you entered on the vehicle link test to try to pay it? I do not think you even saw it …

is an urgent problem of high priority for us

2) Client is redirected to http://www.paypal.com with that token in the URL, to approve the payment
3) After starting a session and giving approval the client is redirected to the “RETURNURL” specified in the call of “SetExpressCheckout”. The token is added to that URL automatically, to identify who is returned
4) Optionally, your server can call the API “GetExpressCheckoutDetails” for details of the approval, and a shipping address if applicable
5) Mandatorily, your server should call the API “DoExpressCheckoutPayment” to finalize and create the transaction. Otherwise, there is no charge, and there is no PayPal transaction.
6) After that API call, you can display a success message or “please try again” if there was no success
As far as we can see, it is possible that its integration lacks step (5) in the above, which is mandatory.

We just update new payment method of paypal in traveler 2.0.1. Please update then check again.

I’m not talking about test mode… we are in real life Bryan!! the charges are not being processed in real website with real info!!!!

just answer me this question… did you try to book & pay the motorcycle I’ve created for test payments?

check again then check your paypal information too????

Did you customize any code of theme because i checked on our system and the paypal still work well, the money transfered to account too.

If you does not have any custom code, i can help you install latest theme version from us to check it.
