That info does not stay in comment section. That is summary of rating. You can use this code to remove:

.booking-item-meta .booking-item-rating {
    display: none !important;
}

It still doesn’t work. Every time I leave a comment at the bottom of the page the review score goes down.

Basically, I want to be able to upload my own review score, allow users to be able to leave comments, and allow the original review score to be unchanged.

Sorry for inconvenience, you can’t do it. You only can hide the star of rating by using custom css as Bryan did.

I can not see any rating star on your activity page.

Please clear cache then check again or send me a screenshot of place that rating show up so i can check.
