    We’ve bought your theme. Can we use as our font i.e.”open sans”?
    And if yes how can we do it?

    Theme only support google fonts.

    If you use any google font like open sans font, you can set up in Theme settings > Typography.

    Yes. I have already changed theme settings> typography. But sometimes when user open site, That time font has been changed. That time site font changed open sans to times new roman.
    Please suggest.

    It is not possible. It can not work sometime and does not work sometime.

    It might your browser cache caused the problem.

    Please update your system to new theme version so i can help you check and fix it because we do not know if you have any customized code so it will lose.
