    We have a site running on the Travel Booking WordPress Theme. Recently we have updated theme and WordPress to the latest version(theme to Version: and WordPress to 5.3). Also We have updated all plugins as well. Since then we are having several issues we would like get fixed as soon as possible We have applied these updates in a staging version and we are planning to apply the same updates in the live site as well. We expect your cooperation on following issues. Please let us know how we can get these issues fixed so that we can apply them to the live version as well

    1st Issue is we are getting an error in Pricing filter of Booking Accommodation section(Hotels tab) such as SELECT min(CAST(avg_price AS DECIMAL)) AS min, max(CAST(avg_price AS DECIMAL)) AS max FROM wp_st_hotel join wp_posts on wp_posts.ID = wp_st_hotel.post_id where 1=1 and ( wp_posts.post_status = ‘publish’ ).Please refer image db_error.png for further clarifications. This section can be seen in the homepage. We have noticed that this error has already being reported in one of your forums about 3 months ago (https://themeforest.net/item/traveler-traveltourbooking-wordpress-theme/10822683/comments?utf8=%E2%9C%93&term=avg_price&from_buyers_and_authors_only=0).

    That is just warning message of php structure. Don’t worry, it does not effect on theme functions.

    If it display on front page, you can hide it by turn debug off.

    Don’t forger Enabling Geocoding API as well as Maps Javascript API to my project in Google Cloud Console. Don’t forget to add Geocoding API to API key restrictions as well.

    Hi Brian,
    thank you very much for the quick response. We are having another issue in the hotel posts in the site. Available rooms are not displayed in the relevant hotel page even though rooms are added and available. We have tried using the hotel room available checker in the side of the page also and still getting the same result(“Sorry! No available rooms found”). Please check out the following link for better understanding of the issue – <our domain URL>/st_hotel/cinnamon-house-weligama/ . We have attached a screenshot also.

    When checking further on this we have noticed another post with the same characteristics and we have tried fixes mentioned in that post also (https://shinehelp.shinetheme.com/forums/topic/sorry-no-available-rooms-found/). But still facing the same issue. Please advise on how we can fix this.

    we will release new version with the fix for the issue related to WPML plugin (if you have) today​.

    Please kindly wait a few hours then check it again.

    Also you should go to Traveler Settings > Sync Availability and Upgrade Data to update database structure to make theme work properly.

    Hi Bryan,

    Please note that we have updated the theme from version 2.1.0 to version This issue may be occurring because updates to the tables that had happened in between versions have not affected properly to our site. If that is the case please let me know how we can download the earlier theme updates so we can update them accordingly.



    We are recommend using latest theme and plugins version to make it work normal.

    You can use manual update method by download new theme package on themeforest to update your system.

    Also after update theme, you should go to Traveler Settings > Sync Availability and Upgrade Data to update database structure to make theme work properly.



    Please take a look at the following tasks which we have performed today in order to update our site to the latest version. This will help you to get a better picture on the issue we are facing and provide a solution on how to fix this.
    1. Updated the WordPress to the latest version (WordPress 5.3)
    2. Updated theme version from 2.1.0 To as per the guidelines of following link which you provided in the previous reply http://guide.travelerwp.com/docs/installation/auto-update/manual-update-method/ .
    3. Deactivated and deleted the OptionTree plugin and installed the new version via required plugin installer in the theme.
    4. Deactivated and deleted the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin and installed the new version via required plugin installer
    5. Updated Traveler code plugin via plugin installer
    6. Successfully performed Sync Availability task through Settings > Sync Availability option.
    7. Successfully upgraded data tables through Traveler Settings > Upgrade Data option.

    After the above tasks we have got “No Room available” issue that we mentioned earlier which was still in the site even after we synced Availability and data.

    As per your suggestion we have updated the theme (to and Traveler code (to plugin by following the same steps mentioned above.

    But this time when we tried to Sync Availability and Data, it got stucked while syncing the hotel room. Please refer the attached screenshot for more information about this.

    We have done some research on this syncing issue and enabled all the theme services in Theme Settings > General Options section as advised in https://shinehelp.shinetheme.com/forums/topic/sync-problum/#lightbox/0/ .Also our servers fulfills the mentioned requirements in http://guide.travelerwp.com/docs/licenses-and-support/faqs/requirements-for-traveler/

    Can you please check on the above “No Room available” issue and the sync availability issue we have mentioned and advice on how we can get this fixed

    Your site is using too many plugins that might caused the conflict code. Can i deactivate non-required plugins to check?
