Unable to find the hotel

When I select the destination is New jersey in the search box, then I press the search button, it is redirected to the search results page of New Jersey hotels. But I don’t see a hotel while New jersey has 19 properties

Chúng tôi đã kiểm tra website của bạn và nhận thấy rằng bạn chưa set hotel cho room.

Đồng thời bạn chưa xét exchange rate cho đơn vị tiền tệ.

Vui lòng kiểm tra lại 3 file đính kèm của chúng tôi.

Also after update theme, you should go to Traveler Settings > Sync Availability and Upgrade Data to update database structure to make theme work properly.

Hello

There are have some option you need to check to make hotel appear on front page:

– Hotel must have available room to book so you have to create at least room and assign to hotel.

– When you create hotel, please set Book before number of day to 0 to make hotel can book at current time.

I have followed the instructions above and continue to encounter the following error
When I was at the hotel search results page. I get the following error:
1. Room removed from hotel(Blue Hanoi Inn Legend Hotel) but still showing
2. Other hotel(Family Hanoi Hotel)’s rooms but shown here (attach image)
3. When press the SHOW PRICE button, Immediately lost all the rooms

Did you go to Traveler Settings > Sync Availability and Upgrade Data to update database after unlink the room to hotel?

Also when checking available room, you should select date on calendar before do it.

I did it.
But still get the above error

Hello

Please try to create new hotel and assign the room again then check it if the problem is fixed.

I am afraid there are have database cache when connect room with hotel.
