Hi, We created a dummy Hotel and a dummy room with 4 rooms
I made a booking for 1 room from 19th to 20th October 2017 – selected Bank Transfer as the payment method and it was approved – 1 room went out from the inventory
Then i tried to book the remaining 3 rooms for the same date period 19-20th – but it says room NOT AVAILABLE ? Why is that ? There are 3 rooms left – are we doing something wrong here ?

Could you please provide FTP account so i can check database of available room. After first booking, theme can not find the available room on remain date so it does not allow to book.

May i know why we don’t get ADMIN email and customer email at all ? When you were doing testings we got emails about those dummy testings but not any more / why is that

We recommend using SMTP system so send email:
Also the problem is your database does not update the booking data so theme can not find the remain room to continue to book.
