    Hello,

    I would appreciate some help on the following matters.

    1) I think that there is a bug that needs to be fixed (or I am not aware of how to fix this).

    Example:
    – today is August 23
    – “Propert ABC” is booked for August 20 – August 30

    The Bug/problem
    – if I want to see all the properties the website has, for possible FUTURE interest, if I try to find “Propert ABC” (because I know it exists), this is not available in my property list because it has been booked.
    – if I do a search for availability for (example) August 25 – August 30 , again it will not show it because it has been booked.
    – only if I search for availability for after August 30, then it will show the property again.

    I want the Property to be visible ALL THE TIME, and if it is not available, to show “Not available for the dates requested”.
    Please explain how to fix this.

    2) please see attached image 001.
    Every couple of weeks, the admin email receives this same message. Please explain how to stop this.

    3) please see attached image 002.
    Please explain, when is an order in PENDING status, and when does it have INCOMPLETE status.

    4) please see attached image 003.
    My properties show the booking calendar. The months are shown in numbers.
    a) Please explain how to make this show the months in text (January, February, etc)
    b) it must also show the year. Please explain how to show this also.

    5) please see attached image 004.
    In the search results, if you do SORT, it is always wrong!! Please fix.

    I am checking your site.

    1. That is not a bug. That is our way of doing it. about your issue, i think that it needs to customize. Disable the function that validate by date.

    2. That email only is sent when have a new member. It is not sent automatically.

    3. ‘pending: When you click ‘Book Now’ on checkout page, the status is ‘pending’. When the order is complete (with submit form), it is ‘incomplete’. When admin approved the order, it is ‘completed’

    4. I saw this code in your child-theme:

    .mb20 h2 {
        display: none;
    }

    so ‘Year’ text is hide. You can recheck.
    And about change month from number to word, the theme do not support. If you are a DEV, you can see my attchment and customize.

    5. i will use your cpanel account and check. I wil reply for you when found the problem.

    Please tell me where I can find this function and disable it. Is it in the admin panel? Is it a file I must modify? (what file?)

    This page pre-loads all the photos for each of the listing’s gallery shown on this current page. So by doing this, it makes the website very slow in loading.

    How can I stop this from pre-loading all the photos in each listing’s gallery here.?

    Thank you for your reply.

    1) I do not want you to do custom work for me.
    However, I want my developer to fix the problem (this problem has been mentioned many times before in the Themeforest comment area).

    Anyway, just PLEASE tell me, which “Traveler” file my developer needs to open and fix the problem … to “Disable the function that validate by date”.

    Please tell me what what file or files we must change!
    Where are these FUNCTION pages we must see.

    Sorry to bother you again.

    I have moved this website to a new server in order for website to function faster.
    Now, your fix (your reply #2314) is not working!!
    I do not understand why this is.

    The website was copied exactly, and also the file “class.rental.php” I copied over manually.
    The PHP version is the same as well as the php modules.

    I also copied the website to 2 other servers to see what is happening, but even here it does not work (www.ichania.gr + http://www.chill.gr).

    Please tell me what may be the problem.
    If you need to access “letstravelcrete.com” all login details have remained the same.

    I look forward to your help with this again.

    I noticed that it is working for most cases.
    Note: a test booking you made, and I made “complete”, still shows in the listings so this is GREAT!

    However, please let me explain what I am NOT seeing (but saw in the previous hosting).

    I have some Rentals, but these are available with prices after March 2018.
    Please see attached image.
    These rentals are located in the area… Luxury Villas in Crete –> Agios Nikolaos

    You will notice that these are not shown here.

    Maybe the problem is some error that are happening. I asked my host and they said that the problem is not the hosting but some script.
    Please see the attached error_log.

    Hello marogiannis,

    I have checked your issue. If you don’t put “check in” value and “check out” value, system will set auto “check in” is today so filter result was wrong. I have fixed it. Please check it again.

    In this case, you need to backup file “class.rental.php” and upload to server when “Traveler” was updated to new version because i don’t sure “Traveler” has this feature in new version.

    I know “Traveler” makes changes often and even to the “class.rental.php” file.

    Just so I do not run into any problems after an update, please tell me what lines need to remain unchanged concerning the “filter result”.

    I have attached the modified “class.rental.php” file I have.
