    Hello

    You can upload it via FTP but you have to unzip the file to make it work.

    Just go to Plugins section from admin panel and upload plugin package to install normal.

    I made all the updates that were pending in the admin panel.
    I even checked that the theme was out of date and has no information whatsoever. Also all plugins are updated.

    You tell me that I need to update the version of my theme / plugin, but the message I find in the admin panel is that they are up to date.

    I downloaded the theme in my themeforest account, I made the installation …
    I did the previous steps …. but still still without loading the site. Updated to version 1.5, not 1.6 as you told me in the previous answer.
