Why are items such as cars available for requests where they should not be available as per location setting to be picked up and dropped off?

Since theme version 2.0.1, Car has new type called Car Transfer. It will use more location of AirPort in location search field.

Your answer is simply not acceptable.

I’m talking about rental cars and you are sending me attachements about Car Transfer.

Are you ok?

I have had sent you facts in screen prints as documents that requests are possible for cars where this car is not availalbe at that location. This is not acceptable.

Under no policy and circumstances you can not offer a product
where the reservation AND dedicated processes are not working 100 %.

Currently according to the car location settings the fact is that this car is not available at that location. One step further it is also not available/set to be dropped of to different location at because it is simply not set up for that location as set in dedicated car location settings.

As i tell you, Since theme version 2.0.1, Car has new type called Car Transfer. It will use more location of AirPort in location search field. If your car is Transfer type, you can select airport location for it.

All the booking and display information still the same.

Also i check with your car and it still display well in search result.

You know that you have this partner feature implemented in the theme.

Just to remember you.

Let’s say I charge 1 Million Dollar to partners to get my partner and sell their cars etc. on my system.

Do you think that one of them will accept this?

You can set commission for partner package about 90% that when your partner sell post, they will get only 10% of total price, you get 90%.

I didn’t asked for this. But I’m thankfull for every answer as you are making my day.

My question was in regards of this current topic to remind you.

Which partner will accept reservation requests or such a system for cars where their cars are not available at that location whereby it is stil possible to reserve cars where cars do not exist.

Should I answer my partners hip hip hurray since 2.0.1 new car type has been mixed up with car rentals so called car transfers. Don’t care about if you receive car reservation where your car is not existing…just ignore those requests…the customer will be happy and use the sytem to reserve again again and again as we are great.

Or better anser to partners. Hey Partner, you have won a car transfer to a hotel where you and your car is not existing…However if you can’t handle don’t worry whishing you great business and income. Please advertise for us.

In regards to my provided facts and attachements:
As this is common car rental business I want immediate fixes and solutions for:

1st
When a car is not existing or bind to a location it should not show up and give the possibility to be reserved for laction where the car is not set up for.

2nd
If a car is not set up for a loaction of mine to be dropped off the system should say you can not drop this car on a different location ( as it is not set for this location, You can only dropp the car on these location (or you can drop it only dropp the car on picked up location)

2nd a)
If you want to drop the car on a different location of mine which is set as possible location then you have to pay extra fees where it should be possible to set up extra fees on the backend and partner level. ( Where you should know and consider that each different drop location could have different drop fees)

This is common rental car business.
