    Booking confirmation e-mail has incorrect information: how to change this?

    Can't book hotel rooms: calendar forever loading

    These two tickets have been made weeks ago and have not yet had any response. If I answer to them in this ticket, it will just go back to the lowest position on the urgency list. But if you haven’t answered in weeks, how is it possible we are not on top of this urgency list? Could any of you please start helping us?

    The ‘we aim to answer all questions within 24 hours, in some cases the waiting time can be extended to 48 hours” message seems like a joke now.
