The WP Bakery Front End Editor isn’t working for me. I’ve attached screenshot(s) of the error I get and have given you access to an admin account / sftp account. Can you help figure it out?

Also, I already tried disabling all non-essential plugins.July 5, 2018 at 10:09 am #230580
You can try the latest plugin version here:
Also we recommend using backend to edit page/layout to make it work properly because theme have available calendar option, it save the booking data so theme should not update layout in front end.

It’s still not working.
Yeah, I get what you’re saying about using the backend, but for certain pages, the frontend is going to make it a lot easier for me.
Can you go into my Admin and try to figure it out?July 6, 2018 at 10:26 am #231450

Did your system using cloudflare or any kind of it that stored the cache? your site have too many cache so it can not load the front end editor.
I tried to clear all cache and now the editor is displaying well.
Please check again.

That’s so weird. I just cleared the cache on WP Engine and on Cloudflare but it’s still not working for me. (It’s still grayed out.)
Any other thoughts or ideas?July 9, 2018 at 9:01 am #232680
You can try to clear the browser cache by hit and hold Ctrl + F5 keyboard then check again.
Also the better check is deactivate all 3rd plugin that theme does not require because it might stored the cache.
